chassis: Refactor to reduce code duplication
Get rid of repeated code that sets the set-in-progress parameter. Introduce chassis_bootparam_set_in_progress() function to do the job. Signed-off-by: Alexander Amelkin <alexander@amelkin.msk.ru>
