refix 249e0929: Fix byteswapping helpers ...

Commit 249e0929 added extra conditionals in byteswapping functions.
They are not needed and didn't work properly.
Now those functions must finally be ok.

Makefile.am

Move all files one level up in the file hierarcy, to avoid the useless ipmitool directory.
