Update waas-quick-start.md

Browse Source 
Changed "Long Term Servicing Branch" to "Long Term Servicing Channel" to reflect the new name.  Interestingly enough, the SKU is called "Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB" so I don't think we can change that yet :-)
