Update windows-autopatch-windows-quality-update-overview.md

Modified step 4 from pausing/resuming a release as it was pointing to Quality Updates instead of Update Rings.
Removed Step 6 and 7 as in the new UI, this is no longer being asked. it directly pauses or resumes the chosen ring.
Added bold font for the Pause word as due to a typo, there were 2 missing "*".
