Subject: [PATCH] Update information for Delivery Optimization
1. The name of the product is Delivery Optimization (it's not Windows Update Delivery Optimization).
2. The policy to recommend is DownloadMode Simple / 99 and not Bypass.
Note that Bypass is being deprecated in the Holiday 2021 release.
3. Added links to IT Pro docs
