added commands, made some words to bold

as per the user report issue #9167 , so i added **net start cryptsvc** **net stop cryptsvc**.
Also, i corrected some commands after verifying windows 10 on my laptop, and then i made few words to **bold**.
This PR must be checked carefully by verifiers.
