MarkDown consistency follow-up + typo correction

Browse Source 
- add missing "DOS" code blocks for CMD outputs
- add missing MarkDown spacing in quote indents for Note & Warning boxes
- resolve a typo (winodw -> window)
- add consistency by using uppercase letters for the command DISM
