1. Signing the package with Password protected certificates does not work. Please use a non-password protected password in the tool, or use Signtool (available from SDK) to sign your package for sideload testing.
2. You cannot edit the manifest manually from within the tool. (edit manifest button is disabled). Please use the SDK tools to unpack the MSIX package to edit the manifest manually.
