Added Teams as an enlightened app

Microsoft Teams desktop app from build 1.3.00.12058 (rolled out ~ 10th May 2020) now has full support for WIP. I believe it should be added to this list as an enlightened app. Please cofirm with suggested tech reviewers before publishing
