IT pros can use various methods, including Group Policy and Mobile Device Management (MDM), to choose a diagnostic data level. If you’re using Windows 10 Enterprise, Windows 10 Education, or Windows Server, the Security diagnostic data level is available when managing the policy. Setting the diagnostic data level through policy sets the upper boundary for the users’ choices. To disable user choice after setting the level with the policy, you will need to use the "Configure telemetry opt-in setting user interface" group policy.
