| **/lac**:[*Password*] | **(Local account create)** <br><br>If a user account is:<ul><li>A local (non-domain) account</li><li>An account that doesn't exist on the destination computer</li></ul>this setting specifies to create the account on the destination computer. However, the account is disabled. To enable the account, you must also use the `/lae` option. <br><br>If the `/lac` option isn't specified, any local user accounts that don't already exist on the destination computer aren't migrated. <br><br>*Password* is the password for the newly created account. An empty password is used by default. <div class="alert"> **Caution** <br>Use the *Password* variable with caution.
