ba7f27f2e8 Policy CSP/DeviceInstallation: add missing path folder DeviceInstallation
All the other SyncML samples contain the correct path, except for this one.
Even the section title for this sample states that the key sorts under "DeviceInstallation",
as well as the DeviceInstallation policies list on top of the page.

Resolves #2988

It is not clear today that Pro is supported, only Business is "marked" - but the message from the Product Group is that Pro is enabled.

2b9092d7eb Client Management/MDM: typo corrections & clarification in uefi-csp.md
- Typo corrections: "Devicie" -> Device (obvious typo) - and "the complies"
- Clarification: "the complies with this interface" -> "to comply with this interface"

Reasoning behind the clarification change: This is about the UEFI CSP depending upon the
Device Firmware Configuration Interface (DFCI) and UEFI firmware to be compliant,
not as I first thought in PR #2770, that it would depend on which DFCI/UEFI is being used.

Ref. #2770 (as above)

16592c9cf1 Client Management/MDM: repair broken links in oma-dm-protocol-support.md
Links to the OMA website containing OMA Device Management documents
have been broken for some time now, due to OMA website rearrangements.

This is an attempt to restore the links to the OMA website as much as possible,
given the existing references, to the documents or their directory containers.

Thanks to vlad-MSFT for providing the initial link to the website folder structure.
