imho it belongs here as a feature as removed (write / format ReFS in 1709), not ReFS is deprecated.
With 20H2 it does even upgrade itself to version 3.5 according to fsutil, so there is no view of the filesystem being deprecated.
fit typo in 66
removing ReFS here. It belongs to "removed features" instead
Having it here on the "Features that are no longer under development" might give a reader the impression that ReFS itself is deprecated which is not, ReFS 3.5 just brought new features to it.
PM for Text Input team here - The Text Input team is not poised to release the TSF3 IMEs publicly at this time so we would like to remove this update as it's not accurate and can lead to confusion amongst our external customers.

Based on the suggestion from @jvsam in issue ticket #5562 (Erreur 404),
all the 3 links used for Kingston IronKey USB drives should point to
the same Kingston DataTraveler Workspace+B2:M22 support page
https://www.kingston.com/support/technical/products?model=dtws
Thanks to Efflamm for reporting the link as broken (error 404).
Changes proposed:
- Replace the 3 different go.microsoft.com/fwlink/ URLs with a common
link pointing to the DataTraveler Workspace+B2:M22 support page.
