Allows or disallows the Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) policy.

- GP English name: *System cryptography: Use FIPS-compliant algorithms for encryption, hashing, and signing*

The following list shows the supported values:
- 0 (default) – Not allowed.
- 1– Allowed.
