Move print customer info code from getInstanceInfo to getCustomerInfo;
getInstanceInfo calls getCustomerInfo

doUpdateCustomer already had code added to doUpdateInstance, remove
from doUpdateInstance

GAM

GAM is a command line tool for Google Apps Administrators to manage domain and user settings quickly and easily.
