Francois Isabelle c9b2eb04f6 Implemented sdr_convert_sensor_tolerance 
- uses y = L[Mx/2 * 10K2 ] formula as per IPMI spec
This function is now used instead of sdr_convert_sensor_reading when it
 comes to tolerance.
