Exporting a Data-Collection Package

In Application Compatibility Manager (ACM), you can export a data-collection package as a Windows installer (.msi) file. You can then use the .msi file to install the data-collection package on the computers from which you want to gather data.
You can export only one data-collection package at a time.
To export a data-collection package

In ACM, click Collect to open the Collect screen.

Select the data-collection package that you want to export.

On the File menu, click Export.

Navigate to the folder where you want to store the Windows installer (.msi) file for the data-collection package, and then click Save.
