Event Description:
This event generates every time settings from the “Security Settings” section in the group policy object are applied successfully to a computer, without any errors. This event generates on the target computer itself.
It is a routine event which shows you the list of Group Policy Objects that include “Security Settings” policies, and that were applied to the computer.
This event generates every time Group Policy is applied to the computer.

Field Descriptions:
Return Code [Type = UInt32]: always has “0” value for this event.
GPO List [Type = UnicodeString]: the list of Group Policy Objects that include “Security Settings” policies, and that were applied to the computer. The format of the list item is: “GROUP_POLICY_GUID GROUP_POLICY_NAME”.
You can find specific GROUP_POLICY_GUID using Get-GPO PowerShell cmdlet with “–Name GROUP_POLICY_NAME” parameter. Row “Id” is the GUID of the Group Policy:

GUID is an acronym for 'Globally Unique Identifier'. It is a 128-bit integer number used to identify resources, activities or instances.
